Do you like to customize the look of your Android phone?  You’re probably accustomed to downloading and applying different wallpapers to make your phone look fancy and new.  There are apps that make this process easier by collecting loads and loads of images that work perfectly for your phone.  The newest wallpaper aggregator on the block is Papuh by Alex Cruz.  Papuh gives you a huge selection of wallpaper to choose from, and a quick and easy interface to get them onto your homescreen.

If I’m being perfectly honest, I don’t change my phone’s home screen all that frequently.  Call me a giant nerd, but I like my homescreen promoting everybody’s favorite technology site. It’s simple, effective, and looks sharp.  Papuh has me re-considering at least temporarily.  There are currently over 700 wallpapers with over 150 completely original designs.  The app allows you to quickly and easily set any of the designs as your home screen wallpaper, or download the image to your device.

There are loads of categories already, with more getting added frequently.  As of right this second you’ve got: Recently Added, AOKP, Be Together, Blur, BrokenOS, CargonROM, DU (DirtyUnicorns), Google (AOSP), HTC, LG, LiquidSmooth, Minima, Miscellaneous, MIUI, Motorola, Mustaches, OmniROM, Oppo, Original, PAC-MAN, Papuh (Swag), Samsung, SimpleAOSP, Solids, Validus, Xiaomi (Redmi 1S).

Who wouldn’t want this?

The interface is smooth and easy to navigate, and there are plenty of options for whatever you might want to look at.  Upon opening the app, you’re prompted to clear your cache if the app hasn’t been opened in more than 24 hours.  This is a nice way to allow Alex to add more wallpapers without having to update the app itself.  Alex has even accepted contributions for additional wallpapers, though he has yet to accept my amazing contribution…I mean, just look at it!

OK, so really the stuff he’s got is pretty awesome, and I can understand why he wouldn’t want to bring the quality down or anything – even if I’ve had people ask for framed prints, but whatevs.

You can check out Papuh for free, but you’ll really just want to grab the donate version for a buck.  OK, so it’s the exact same app in either instance, but supporting developers is a nice thing to do.  Don’t you want to do something nice?  Papuh is available on Google Play at the source links below.
